If an AirScout customer is not satisfied with his or her purchase–the product wasn’t what you ordered, or it was somehow damaged or defective–we will make every effort to either replace it, or take the item back and issue you a credit for purchase price and shipping and handling costs.

Our 60-day return policy on all standard item AirScout orders allows you enough time to use product or wear clothing to test that it is what you needed.

Please return in the original package with your receipt within 60 days for an exchange or refund.  Additionally, we’d appreciate any feedback as to why you returned it so we can communicate with the manufacturers about this issue.
